The decedent was found wearing brown and grey pants, "New Balance" low-cut athletic shoes and socks. He had a beard and mustache and grey hair that was 1 1/2 inches long curly and balding. He was described by neighbors as homeless and was known as TJ with a possible date of birth of 1/1/1955. He also may have served time in the military.
