My experience at the DPS office on Pat Booker road recently was very satisfying. I was ushered in in a timely manner and was greeted with help when I needed it. Krystal was efficient, helpful and very cordial in her work. I want to compliment her and all the staff there for their good work in helping renew my driver license.
