Thank you to all our conference attendees, exhibitors, contract vendors and staff who participated in, and supported this year's event. With nearly 2,500 attendees, 173 workshops and 150 exhibitors, the conference was by all accounts a tremendous success. Thank you as well, to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and the city of San Antonio for hosting us. Next year's Texas Emergency Management Conference will once again be held at the Henry B. The Texas Division of Emergency Management hosts a variety of events and training programs throughout the year. The most comprehensive event is the Texas Emergency Management Conference.

Representatives of more than 30 agencies on the Governor’s Emergency Management Council attend, along with public officials from the local, state and national governments, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, Texas Military Forces, voluntary organizations and private sector partners. Officials from higher education, public education, health and medical care, border security and port security, transportation and cyber security also attend.
