Rujudah Edward LYNCH, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on October 16, 2019. LYNCH, affiliated with the Gangster Disciples gang, is from El Paso, Texas.Working off investigative information, the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended LYNCH in Maryland. The investigation that resulted in LYNCH’s arrest was a multi-agency effort that also included Texas DPS Special Agents and members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in El Paso.LYNCH is a violent offender with an extensive criminal history, including arrests for assault, burglary, weapon, and drug offenses.LYNCH had been wanted since November 2018, after the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit other Felony.The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
