CAPTURE DETAILS:

Terrol DeBaun TRAVIS, Jr., affiliated with the Crips gang, was taken into custody on July 9, 2019, in Fort Worth, Texas.Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents located and arrested TRAVIS at a residence in Fort Worth. Officers from Fort Worth PD also assisted in the investigation.TRAVIS has an extensive criminal history, including convictions for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Assault, Possession of a Firearm, Arson, and drug offenses.TRAVIS has served time in TDCJ prison on multiple occasions and was last released on parole in November 2017. While incarcerated, TRAVIS had a history of sexual misconduct and assaulting other offenders.TRAVIS had been wanted since October 24, 2018, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for his arrest. In addition, on December 13, 2018, additional warrants for TRAVIS’ arrest were issued by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office for Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Evading Arrest/Detention with Vehicle.The arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
