Ramon MENDOZA, Jr., is affiliated with a Mexican cartel and has ties to Laredo and San Antonio. He has a criminal history consisting of numerous arrests and has served time in Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prison on multiple occasions.MENDOZA has been wanted since December 2016 in connection to a multi-agency investigation of a transnational criminal organization involved in the transportation of stolen vehicles from San Antonio to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The Webb County Sheriff's Office holds warrants for his arrest for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Theft of Property, and Conspiracy to Commit Theft of Property. In addition, MENDOZA is wanted by the Laredo Police Department for Vehicle Theft.MENDOZA may be known by the nickname of “Mon”.
