Cedric Joseph MARKS is a violent offender and capital murder suspect. On the morning of February 3, 2019, MARKS escaped from a prisoner transport van in Conroe enroute to Temple (Bell County).MARKS is wanted for a Capital Murder warrant issued out of Bell County.MARKS is a known professional mixed martial arts fighter and is considered extremely dangerous.
