CAPTURE DETAILS:

On July 2, 2014, Clemente DAVILA was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force in Houston, Texas. DAVILA was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Program on June 23, 2014.

In 2006, Clemente DAVILA was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child for an incident in Caldwell County involving a 12-year-old girl. He was sentenced to TDCJ prison and released in 2010, receiving 10 years' probation.

In 2012, he was arrested in Hays County for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements; however, he subsequently failed to appear in court.

In May 2013, the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for DAVILA's arrest for Probation Violation. In October 2013, warrants for Failure to Appear and Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements were issued by the Hays County Sheriff's Office; and warrants for Failure to Appear and Possession of Marijuana were issued by the Grimes County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest was not the result of tip information received, so no reward will be paid.
