CAPTURE DETAILS:

Michael Roy PLUMLEE, Jr., a convicted sex offender affiliated with the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT) gang, was taken into custody on October 8, 2018, in Cypress, Texas. Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, apprehended PLUMLEE at a location in Cypress.In April 1999, PLUMLEE was convicted in Bexar County of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact after an incident involving a 6-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 8 years in TDCJ prison. PLUMLEE was last discharged from TDCJ in August 2015 and is required to register as a sex offender for life. PLUMLEE had been wanted out of San Antonio since February 2016 for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
