Long before severe storms or flooding threatens your area, it is a wise idea to review your insurance coverage and learn more about how the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) can benefit you.

Flood losses are not typically covered in homeowner insurance policies. However, flood insurance is available in communities taking part in the National Flood Insurance Program.
