2018 Texas Emergency Management Conference

NOW OPEN – 2018 Call for Presentations

Use this application form to submit a proposal.
Note: Before filling out this application form, you MUST save the PDF to your computer. Do not fill out the application form online.

General Information
The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is accepting proposals for the 2018 Texas Emergency Management Conference (TEMC). Presentations focused on current issues, lessons learned, creative best practices, and participant interaction are strongly encouraged and will be given preference. Multiple submissions are welcome.

Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions are 60 minutes in length. Room setup for the breakout sessions will be classroom or theater style. Standard A/V equipment will be provided in each room including a laptop, projector, screen, and microphone. Internet is not provided.

Speaker Submissions
The application is a form-fillable PDF which must be submitted by entering all information and clicking the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of page three.

The application must be filled out completely to be considered. The deadline to submit a proposal is no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
