CAPTURE DETAILS:

On June 23, 2017, Jorge Luis GUARDADO, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was taken into custody after turning himself in at the Irving Police Department. GUARDADO was born in Dallas, Texas, and is affiliated with the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang.

In April 2016, GUARDADO was involved in an incident in Irving in which he allegedly struck a male subject with a metal pole, causing serious bodily injury to the victim.

On July 7, 2016, the Dallas County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for GUARDADO's arrest for Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury. GUARDADO had also been wanted out of Dallas County for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Assault) since August 2014.

The arrest was not the result of tip information received, so no reward will be paid.
