CAPTURE DETAILS:

Fredrick Lee DAVIS was included in the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives Program on August 14, 2013. DAVIS was wanted for Parole Violation (original offense: Burglary of a Habitation), Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit a Felony other than Felony Theft and for Violation of Bond/Protective Order by Assault.

On August 14, 2013, at approximately 1:35 P.M., as the result of investigative efforts, Officers with the Texas Office of Attorney General and Duncanville Police Department located DAVIS at a residence in Duncanville, Texas. DAVIS was taken into custody without incident. The capture was not the result of a tip.
