Jimmie Jerome HINERS was included in the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives Program on July 24, 2013. HINERS was wanted for Parole Violation  and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

HINERS is a resident of Dallas, Texas and is identified as a member of the Bloods street gang.

On July 26, at 1:45 P.M., Dallas PD Officers, working with tip information, located HINERS at a residence. After surveillance, officers approached the address and HINERS fled out the back door on foot. He was captured after a short chase. HINERS was arrested for the two felony warrants and two additional Class C Misdemeanor warrants for Family Violence. HINERS was taken into custody without incident and transported to Dallas County SO. Tip information was received and reward(s) will be paid.
