CAPTURE DETAILS: On April 4, 2013, just 30 minutes after being added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted List, escaped fugitive Brian Allen TUCKER was surrounded in a barn in Delta County, where he had been seeking cover along with another escaped inmate. The two men had escaped from the Hopkins County Jail early on the morning of April 2, 2013. Both men were arrested without incident and transported to the Hopkins County Jail

Agencies participating in the arrest were the US Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force; DPS Texas Rangers and Highway Patrol; Texas Game Warden and TDCJ Office of Inspector General; the sheriff's offices of Hopkins, Red River, Henderson, Cherokee, Rusk, and Lamar counties; and the police departments of Sulphur Springs, Commerce, Tyler, and Longview.

No tip was involved in this capture and no reward will be paid.
