In December 2010, MARIZCAL is believed to have been involved in a murder in Laredo, Texas.
On November 22, 2011, the Webb County Sheriff's Office issued warrants for MARIZCAL's arrest for Homicide and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. On December 9, 2011, the US Marshals isssued warrants for his arrest for Flight to Avoid Prosecution (Murder charge, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Evading Arrest, Assault, and Resisting Arrest).
