CAPTURE DETAILS: William Darrell RICHARDSON, an Aryan Circle gang member, was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list on 7/2/2012 with a reward amount of $5,000.

At approximately 3:00 PM, CID Agent received a Tip that the Texas Top 10 Fugitive WILLIAM DARRELL RICHARDSON was observed at a residence in Overton, Texas, earlier on this date. At approximately 6:10 PM, DPS CID Agent received information that RICHARDSON was currently at the residence located in Overton, Texas.

DPS CID Agents, Rusk County Sheriff’s Office, DPS Highway Patrol and DPS Aircraft traveled to that location and arrested RICHARDSON without incident. Highway Patrol transported RICHARDSON to the Rusk County Jail where RICHARDSON was incarcerated on the outstanding warrants.

Since the arrest was the result of a tip, the tipster will be paid $5,000.
