CAPTURE DETAILS: Rocky Duran RAMIREZ was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives Program on June 6, 2012. RAMIREZ was wanted for Parole Violation (original offense: Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity). RAMIREZ is identified as a member of the Tango Blast (West Texas Tangos).

On June 12, 2012, as a result of investigation, DPS Criminal Investigations Division, US Marshals Service - North Texas Fugitive Task Force, and Homeland Security Investigations arrested RAMIREZ at a residence in San Angelo, Texas, without incident.
