Agapito SALINAS is a confirmed member of the Texas Syndicate gang. His last known address was in Brownsville, Texas, where he was born. He also has ties to the state of Georgia.

In the 1990s, SALINAS was arrested and served time in TDCJ prison on multiple occasions for drug and burglary convictions.  In 2003, he was convicted in Dallas County of Aggravated Robbery and subsequently received a 15-year sentence in TDCJ prison. He was paroled to Cameron County in 2014 and violated his parole the following year.

On April 16, 2015, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for SALINAS' arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Robbery).

SALINAS may be known by his nickname of "Pito." He also may wear glasses.
