Juan Jesus Martinez was included in the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Program on June 13, 2013, with a reward of up to $3,000 and an additional reward of up to $5,000 offered by the North Texas Crime Stoppers. Martinez was wanted by the Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation and by Dallas County SO for Sex Offense Against Child – Fondling.

Juan Jesus Martinez, Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured at 1:30 P.M., on June 28, 2013 at a location in Dallas, Texas. Martinez was taken into custody, without incident, by  U. S. Marshal Service, North Texas Fugitive Task Force members, including DPS Criminal Investigations Division. Martinez was transported to Dallas County Jail by DPS Highway Patrol. The apprehension was the result of a tip.
