CAPTURE DETAILS:

Lavinci HENDERSON, a high-risk sex offender, was taken into custody on March 4, 2016, at a residence in Fort Worth, Texas, by members of the USMS North Texas Fugitive Task Force, including Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID). Fort Worth PD also assisted in the apprehension.

In January 1994, HENDERSON was convicted in Tarrant County of two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts of Aggravated Kidnapping. The female victims, aged 12 and 13, were threatened by HENDERSON with a firearm. HENDERSON is required to register as a sex offender every 3 months for life.

In September 2014, HENDERSON was arrested by Fort Worth PD for Sexual Assault of a Child.

On July 10, 2015, Tarrant County issued a warrant for HENDERSON's arrest for Sexual Assault Child.

On October 16, 2015, the Fort Worth PD issued a warrant for HENDERSON's arrest for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

The arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers and a reward will be paid.
