DETAILS: In 2010, Jose Luis RODRIGUEZ was arrested in Fort Worth for Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, two charges, and for Sexual Abuse of a Child (Continuous) for incidents involving two 11-year-old female neighbors. In August 2012, RODRIGUEZ was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, two offenses and received a sentence of two 5 year probations to run concurrent. He was also required to register quarterly as a sex offender.

On March 5, 2013, the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for RODRIGUEZ's arrest for Probation Violation. On May 3, 2013, the Grapevine Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.

RODRIGUEZ is a recent resident of Tarrant County and has relatives in California and New Jersey. He holds a valid helicopter mechanic license.
