David Martinez MALDONADO was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders Program on September 16, 2013.

MALDONADO is identified as a High-Risk sex offender, required to meet registration requirements annually. On September 1, 2011, a warrant for Violation Sex Offender Registration was issued by Bexar County Sheriff’s Office for his arrest.

On September 20, 2013, at approximately 6:00 P.M. MDT, Officers with the US Marshals Service, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Police Department Denver, Colorado, located MALDONADO at a Homeless Shelter in Denver, Colorado. MALDONADO was taken into custody without resistance.

The arrest was the result of tip information received and a reward will be paid.
