CAPTURE DETAILS: Nicholas Vonwayne PREJEAN was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender program on February 22, 2013, with a reward of $3,000. He was wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Probation Violation.
