CAPTURE DETAILS: Jimmy Ray MCMILLAN, a wanted sex offender, was arrested tonight by the New Orleans Police Department after he called the police, identified himself as a wanted sex offender from Texas, and provided his current location to be picked up by authorities.

MCMILLAN was added to the Most Wanted list on September 21, 2012, and had been wanted by the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements since March 28, 2012. No tip was involved in his apprehension and no reward will be paid.
