CAPTURE DETAILS: On February 4, 2013, at 9:20 PM, Juan Alfredo GANDARILLA, a wanted sex offender, turned himself in at the Bridge of Americas, El Paso, Texas. He was wanted for Parole Violation and Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration. His warrants were verified by the US Customs Service and he was transported to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office without incident. GANDARILLA stated that he surrendered to US authorities because he did not want to be arrested in Mexico.
