DETAILS:

Frankie Lee BELL Jr., is affiliated with the Bloods gang. He has ties to Burleson County (including the cities of Caldwell and Somerville), and also to the cities of Bryan and Houston. In August 2006, BELL was convicted in Brazos County of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon after shooting two male subjects with a handgun. He subsequently received a 12-year sentence in TDCJ prison. BELL was discharged from TDCJ in June 2017. On October 3, 2017, BELL and multiple other subjects were allegedly involved in an aggravated robbery at a residence in Bryan, Texas. As a result of the robbery, two men residing at the residence were both shot and killed. A third man inside the residence was injured. On October 10, 2017, four warrants for BELL's arrest were issued in Brazos County in connection to the shooting, including two counts of Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
