Danny Ray FERGUSON, Jr., a confirmed Aryan Circle gang member, was taken into custody by the Harris County Joint Task Force in Channelview, Texas, after turning himself in. FERGUSON has a lengthy criminal history, including several arrests for assault, and has served time in TDCJ prison on multiple occasions.
In November 2012, FERGUSON was arrested by the Baytown Police Department for Assault Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation. He subsequently was sentenced to 3 years' confinement in TDCJ prison.
On August 25, 2015, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for FERGUSON's arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Assault). In October 2015, Crime Stoppers of Houston added FERGUSON to its list of most wanted gang members.
The arrest was not the result of tip information received, so no reward will be paid.
