Kenneth LATHAM was taken into custody by law enforcement in Texarkana, TX.

Kenneth Daniel LATHAM has a lengthy criminal record with felony arrests in both Texas and Arkansas. In 1998, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance and was paroled in 2005. In 2007, he was sentenced to 6 years and 11 months for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture a Controlled Substance. He was paroled in 2009.

On July 16, 2012, the Miller County Sheriff's Office in Arkansas issued three felony warrants for LATHAM's arrest for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for Packing, Preparing, Processing, and Manufacturing Methamphetamine; Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms; and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

LATHAM has been known to work as an electrician and in home maintenance type jobs.
