The Sitting Disease

skeleton sitting

The scientific community and popular press agree "sitting is the new smoking" (Diaz et al., 2017). Still, most U.S. adults continue to sit 9-12 hours per day. As this is occurring, more evidence than ever is emerging to show a strong association between sedentary lifestyle, cardiovascular disease and all causes of mortality – not to mention the monetary impact.

Simple techniques, solutions and exercises that can be incorporated into the day if in the office or spending hours on the road in a vehicle will be explored in this webinar to help combat the health hazards discussed.
